Job Title: IT Sales/Online Bidding
Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech, MBA-Marketing
Package: 2.0 – 3.6 L.P.A.
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Acquiring clients for web design, development, app development, SEO, IT/E-commerce projects, etc., through various channels (Fiverr, Upwork, Freelance, Guru, PeoplePerHour, etc.).
● Must be capable of managing the complete pre-sales cycle, including lead generation, scheduling appointments, presenting company profiles and pertinent product demos, following up with prospects, and submitting proposals.
● Skilled in closing deals to win clients.
● Market research and locating possible target consumers.
● Must be proficient in both writing and speaking English.
● A minimum of one year of experience is required.
● Must have prior experience placing bids on technologies for developing mobile
applications, websites, etc.
● Arrange daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with customers.
● Ensure timely, suitable handoffs and a smooth transition to the post-sales teams.
● Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
● Degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
● Must have prior online Upwork bidding experience.
● Wide-ranging sales expertise.
● Intuitive and wise, especially with relation to conduct in people.
● The ability to detect needs and recommend services that will meet them.
● An appearance that is clean and well-kept.
● Outstanding verbal and written communication.
● Resourceful and possesses exceptional research abilities.
● Encouraged by obstacles.
